So what's the business model here? As long as you get more customers for Speakeasy why would they care if you are sharing. You're not billing the people you are sharing with, but rather you get people to share your connection and they become Speakeasy clients through you and you get 50% of their bill... Very interesting approach.
Of course that savings may all be lost if you have to support your "customers" all the time:

Speakeasy is here to provide billing support, as well as support for the email, dialup, and news services that are extras in your Wi-Fi package.
